All Haus of Golf clubheads, shafts, grips, and other parts are subject to the warranties made by the manufacturer, if any. Each manufacturer will have different warranties, and some manufacturers may not offer warranties on their products. Please contact the manufacturer directly for any warranty claims, including if you think a manufacturer’s product is defective. Haus of Golf does not make any warranties or guarantees regarding clubheads, shafts, grips, or other parts, including those items used to make your custom-built clubs. All such items are provided by Haus of Golf “as is.” Haus of Golf will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or other damages arising from the use of your Haus of Golf-built clubs.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental, indirect, or other damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
